PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY

"I believe the best care can be provided when a doctor truly listens, so that patients are satisfied that their questions, concerns and fears have been heard and fully addressed. This is something that I strive to do every day.

I also believe that it is important for patients to be active participants in their care. My goal is to educate them so that they feel content that we have made the best decision for them together.

I am respectful that a patient may not always desire the most aggressive or traditional treatment approach. Some patients want alternative and complementary options to treat their medical problems, and I am supportive of this.

One of my goals is to continually strive to offer my patients the entire spectrum of Arthritis and Rheumatology care under one roof so that I have all the tools I need to help my patients get better. I also have an interest in staying abreast of the newest and latest treatments available and enjoy working to implement these into my practice. "

Recently I experienced some lower back pain. For 4 days the pain was getting worse until I could not stand. I used crutches to move. I contacted Dr. Brod and she was able to get me in. During my visit with Dr. Brod she assured me that she could help and gave me treatment and things I could do at home. I was afraid I needed surgery since I had such intense pain. After 3 days I could stand and I know without Dr. Brod I would not be walking. I would not want anyone to experience the pain I felt but I would highly recommend Dr. Brod since she is very very good. I have seen many other doctors in the past and Dr. Brod is the best.
What I like about Dr. Brod is when you make an appointment you actually get in at the time, no waiting when you get there.
Experience with the general office staff is that they are always very friendly.

I came in with severe low back pain due to a herniated disc. It was hard to do my daily activities and after therapy I have gotten better. I now can do my normal daily activities without problems thanks to Dr. Nicole Brod. My experience with Dr. Brod and GCSP was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it. Dr. Brod has provided the best therapy, as she was very patient and heard my problems related to my low back pain. She found the best solution so that I could feel better quickly. Thanks to that I am doing much better now. Thank you, Dr. Brod.
In general, the overall treatment was great from the receptionist to the Dr it was excellent. Thank you again!

My experience with GCSP has always been a positive one. The office is new and very nice and the office staff is always helpful and pleasant to work with. I was referred to Dr. Brod by my Rheumatologist Dr. Conniff, and together we have taken a holistic approach to my treatment plan and more importantly how food affects my symptoms and overall wellbeing. Over the years I have struggled with Hoshimotos, Lupus and Psoriatic Arthritis and found that food has played an integral part in how symptoms flare or how I feel. Dr. Brod provided me with effective guidance to restructure my food list and offered workable suggestions to managing what I can eat and when. I have even dropped several pounds so far. Thank you, Dr. Brod, for being a delightful person, and for being willing to go the extra mile to research and provide back effective suggestions and care. I will refer others I know that are struggling with this too.
