“My ultimate goal in practice is to empower all of my patients to take control of their health by giving them all the tools and knowledge they need in order to achieve and maintain a life of pain free well being. I want patients to get pain free, get moving, and get well not just for the duration of their treatment, but also for life. A life of health and vitality is possible given the right tools.
I am extremely passionate about my profession and really enjoy working with all of my patients, from my 3 year olds to my 86 year olds and everyone in between. At GCSP, I provide unique patient centered treatment plans that approach the patient as a whole. I believe that the unique integration of chiropractic care with clinical massage, exercise therapy, nutritional counseling and ergonomic counseling, can drastically decrease pain levels, improve patient health and promote not only temporary pain relief but also an entire lifetime of well-being. I use a unique combination of evidence-based techniques to help relieve pain and dysfunction. My personally designed exercise therapy programs include unique combinations of post-isometric relaxation techniques and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques in addition to your typical physical therapy stretching and strengthening exercises. Clinical massage techniques at this clinic are also unique. They are performed directly under my supervision and involve a combination of trigger point therapy, deep tissue technique, lymphatic massage, passive stretching and neuromuscular techniques. My treatment plans are geared towards full body rehabilitation for all condition types, including: acute pain; chronic pain; pregnancy related low back pain and pain from injuries. More than just treatment, I also enjoy providing education. I enjoy teaching my patients about how to make healthy decisions about food, fitness and physical activity in order to have a long and healthy life. Like all the physicians at GCSP I believe that healthcare should be conversational. Lets talk about your health, explore your options and get you feeling better.”
